Mina Brasserie, DIFC

Mina Brasserie has in next to no time become an institution for the conscious crowd in DIFC. With a straight up competent bar in the restaurant section, and a more fast paced one in the outdoor lounge section, you are more than likely to get your fix of cocktails here. If you’re looking for the innovative and surprising, this may not be for you - but if you’re happy to enjoy cocktails in a mixed crowd with good music, being taken care of one of the best in the business - then this is your place.

Being situated in the Financial District, this place is mostly frequented during week nights, and given its proximity to Four Seasons in DIFC, the place is actually quite busy during weekends as well. Most Thursday and Friday nights welcomes you with live music, and combine that with a Negroni or two - and you’re set for the night.

Cow: The Negroni Cow.

Atmosphere: 8/8
One of those places in Dubai I just keep returning to - great vibe, lots of people to watch, good music and a fantastic General Manager.

Cocktails: 5/8
Good cocktails - but they’re not the main attraction in this jovial place.

Bartenders: 6/8
Skilled bartenders that doesn’t get the chance to shine due to the high footfall.

Ice: 5/8
Extra point awarded thanks to the bartender excusing the lack of big ice cubes.
